By accessing or using the Filth website (filth.ai) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Filth, operating from Barcelona, Spain.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using our services under any applicable law

By registering or submitting an application, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or violate these Terms.

By submitting a casting application, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Filth operates a curated, invite-only model. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or invitation to any event.
• All decisions regarding application approval are at our sole discretion and are final.
• The information you provide (including photos and social media profiles) will be reviewed by our team for assessment purposes.
• You grant us permission to view your public social media profiles as part of the evaluation process.
• You must not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

Performers registering on our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate professional information, including real name, experience, and qualifications
• Ensure all uploaded photos and documents are genuine and owned by you (or you have rights to use them)
• Grant Filth a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your stage name, photographs, and promotional materials for marketing and event promotion purposes
• Maintain professional conduct at all booked events
• Honour confirmed bookings or provide reasonable notice of cancellation
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding your performance

If registering as an agent, you confirm that you have authority to represent the performer(s) listed.

Approved attendees of Filth events agree to:

• Follow all event rules, including no-phone policies where applicable
• Adhere to specified dress codes and arrival times
• Treat all other attendees, staff, and performers with respect
• Not record, photograph, or stream any part of an event without explicit permission
• Accept that Filth reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees at any time for any reason
• Acknowledge that you attend events at your own risk

Where payments are involved (attendee fees, performer payments, referral commissions):

• All amounts are stated in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified
• Payment terms will be communicated for each specific engagement
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes on payments received
• Filth reserves the right to withhold payment in cases of breach of these Terms

All content on the Filth website — including logos, text, graphics, images, and software — is the property of Filth or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.

The "Filth" name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of Filth. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

You must not:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or age
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users, staff, or performers
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Upload malicious software or content
• Scrape, data-mine, or extract data from our website
• Use our platform to promote competing services

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Filth provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from event attendance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Conduct that may harm other users or our reputation

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms cease, but applicable provisions will continue to apply (including limitations of liability and governing law).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and applicable European Union regulations.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
