Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the Filth platform, including our website (filth.ai), event services, casting system, and performer registration.
This policy applies to all users: visitors, applicants, approved members, performers, agents, and referrers. Violations may result in account suspension, removal from events, or permanent ban.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You must not engage in any of the following:
2.1 Fraud & Misrepresentation
- Submitting false or misleading personal information
- Misrepresenting your age, identity, or qualifications
- Using someone else's photos, documents, or identity
- Inflating or fabricating social media follower counts
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a prior rejection
2.2 Harassment & Harmful Behaviour
- Harassing, bullying, intimidating, or threatening any person
- Engaging in discriminatory conduct based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or any protected characteristic
- Stalking or unwanted pursuit of other users or staff
- Sexual harassment or non-consensual physical contact at events
- Any behaviour that creates an unsafe environment
2.3 Illegal Activities
- Any activity that violates Spanish, EU, or international law
- Distribution or possession of illegal substances at events
- Facilitating entry for minors (under 18) to adult events
- Theft, property damage, or vandalism at venues
2.4 Platform Abuse
- Attempting to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer our systems
- Automated scraping, data mining, or bot activity
- Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Spamming other users or our communication channels
- Using the platform to promote competing services
3. Content Standards
All content you upload or share through our platform must:
- Be genuine: Photos must be recent, unaltered (beyond standard editing), and accurately represent you.
- Be yours: You must own or have rights to all content you upload, including photos and documents.
- Be appropriate: Content must not be illegal, obscene (beyond the context of our events), defamatory, or deliberately offensive.
- Not infringe rights: Content must not violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
- Not contain minors: Photos must not depict anyone under 18 years of age.
4. Event Conduct
When attending Filth events, you must:
- Respect the privacy of all attendees — no recording, photography, or streaming without explicit permission
- Comply with no-phone policies where enforced
- Follow venue-specific rules, dress codes, and arrival instructions
- Respect staff instructions and security personnel at all times
- Consume alcohol responsibly and within legal limits
- Leave the venue when requested by staff or security
5. Social Media Verification
Where you provide social media handles as part of your application:
- Handles must be genuine and belong to you
- We may verify the accounts you provide are authentic
- Purchased followers or engagement fraud will result in immediate rejection
- We access only publicly available information on your profiles
6. Consequences of Violation
Violations of this AUP may result in, at our sole discretion:
Warning
First-time minor violations
Suspension
Temporary account restriction
Permanent Ban
Serious or repeated violations
We may also:
- Remove or restrict content that violates this policy
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement
- Refuse future applications or event access
- Withhold pending payments for performers in breach
7. Reporting Violations
If you witness or experience a violation of this policy, please report it immediately:

8. Changes
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
